Account & login

Sweats accounts are verified by phone number. If you've lost access to your phone number or can't receive an OTP, email us at support@sweats.in from any address, along with the phone number and username on the account, and we'll help you recover it.

Subscriptions & billing

Sweats Pro purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play, and refunds are handled by them directly:

• iOS — reportaproblem.apple.com, or Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your device
• Android — Play Store app → Menu → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions

For anything else about your Pro status or a purchase that didn't unlock correctly, email support@sweats.in with your username and the store you purchased through.

Report a bug or a problem with a user

You can report a post, profile, or message directly from the app — tap the ··· menu on the item and choose Report. For app bugs, crashes, or anything that isn't working as expected, email support@sweats.in with your device model, OS version, and what happened — screenshots or a screen recording help a lot.

Privacy & your data

For questions about what we collect and how it's used, see our Privacy Policy. You can delete your account and data at any time from Settings → Account → Delete Account inside the app.
