Sweats is a social fitness app for people who show up. Track your workouts, share them with friends, duel over them, and climb the league together, so a solo habit becomes something you do with people who keep you going.
Most fitness apps are built around a lonely dashboard: numbers, rings and streaks that only you ever see. But the thing that gets people out the door is other people: a friend waiting at the park, a rival two kilometres ahead on the leaderboard, a tribe that notices when you skip a week.
Sweats puts that first. Every run, ride and gym session can be shared live or after the fact. Friends can cheer, challenge and compete with you. An AI coach nudges you when you drift. Your Apple Watch or phone keeps the record, so all you have to do is train.
Every feature is designed around training with other people, not just tracking yourself.
Consistency counts for more than personal bests. The league rewards the people who keep coming back.
You control what you share, and you can delete your account and data at any time from within the app.
